About Kristin

Kristin grew up in a small town in Germany. She studied Economics in Germany and Italy and majored in Marketing.

„In 2017 I had my first interaction with coaching when I received a small session by a mental coach just before an important game. In the following match I scored 5 of the winning 6 goals. And got immediately hooked up with the methods and the power of mental training.

Kristin is a Level I IMGCA Certified Mental Game Instructor, certified by the International Mental Game Coaching Association, USA. However, she undergoes permanent training to gain new knowledge about the latest state-of-the-art techniques in the field of mental training.
