The following process we have in place to start your coaching:
We ask you to fill out the assessment form you will get from us. The assessment is used to get an idea about where you stand in your performance and which issues you have and want to have addressed. It is a questionaire, developed by the IMGCA and consists of more than 50 questions, covering different parts of sports performance.
The assessment gets a detailled analyzation and we schedule a call with you to discuss it.
In the first session we usually discuss the assessment. Together with you we prioritize what we will work on next. We then start to work on these issues one by one to get them as much out of your way as possible.
We use for example breathing techniques to help you relax and we show you some techniques how to stay focused.
Together with you we work on the issues you face step by step. An ordinary session starts with an update about your last performance and we may review homework, if there was any. We decide together what issues we want to cover in the session and then we start working on them. A sesssion usually takes 60 minutes.
